Travel Host   

We often take Jon & Ted along on our trips.  They add comedy, help with luggage or carry the big shopping bags plus keep us grounded.  Jon & Glenda celebrated 40 years in 2022 and Ted & Wanda proudly conquered 50 years together.  We are thankful for wonderful husbands who support us on this adventure of life & travel!

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Email DutchTreatTravel@gmail.com or call Glenda 641-780-2637 or Wanda 641-780-2186 as soon as you know that you are unable to go with us on a trip. For day trips, we will try to refund your money whenever possible, less a minimal cancellation fee of $25.   If we can’t make changes to the reservations (meals, entrance fees, etc.) then you will be charged for any nonrefundable portions of the trip. If another person is able to fill your spot, you will not be charged.   For multiple day events which include overnight accommodations, the same applies and we offer travel insurance.  

Where do I send my payment? 

Checks should be made out to Dutch Treat Travel and sent to: Dutch Treat Travel, 707 210th Avenue, Pella, IA 50219

Who are the other travelers on my trip?

Near the start of a trip, we will send you the names of all the other travelers. We also wear name tags on most of our trips so you can get to know others traveling with you.

Where do I meet the bus?

All trips will stop in Pella, but we will arrange pick-ups for multiple people along the route if practical.  When a large bus is required, it often originates in Des Moines.  We will inform you before an event about pick-up times and locations.
